Dr. Yoo received B.A. degree
in Economics from Seoul National University (Korea), M.S. and Ph.D. degree in
Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington. His main research
interests are in mobile ad hoc network routing and security, malware detection
and analysis, cryptography, and moving target defense. He was a Summer Research
Faculty from the Oak Ridge National Lab in 2005, and was a two-time Fulbright
Scholar to Kazakhstan in 2008-2009 and Kyrgyzstan in 2015-2016. He is a senior
member of IEEE and a member of ACM.
